The Board of Trustees met on January 9th for a regularly scheduled board meeting. Damien Lee from Greystone West presented a variety of options for the board to consider related to modernizing our Pescadero buildings. In order to make data-driven decisions, the district will issue a Request for Proposals for an architectural firm to support a program review to determine the number of buildings needed for the present and future use. The RFP will be brought to the board on January 21st for approval with the goal of securing proposals by February 13th.
