The La Honda-Pescadero Unified School District is in the process of conducting a search process for a new superintendent for the 2025-2026 school year.

Executive Leadership Services (ELS) has been selected to support the school board in this search.

A brief timeline:

• February 24-March 21st: Position posted on job boards.

• February 25: Community input sessions in morning and evening.

• February 25-March 5: Survey data collected

• April 12: Candidate interviews

• May 8: Finalist approved by the Board of Trustees
