COVID POOL TESTING BEGINS WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 13TH
UPDATE:
COVID Pool testing begins on Wednesday, October 13th. The company we are working with had to push the start date back by one week.
If you haven’t yet done so, please complete the online consent form for your child/children to participate in COVID pool testing. Please follow this link https://testcenter.concentricbyginkgo.com/minor-consent/ and enter our access code PESPANTHERS to complete the online consent for your child. If you have more than one child, you will need to complete the consent for each child individually.
