Dear LHE parent/guardians,
At last night’s LHPUSD School Board meeting the Board of Trustees approved the conference schedule for the 2021-2022 school year. Our first set of parent/guardian-teacher conferences will be held Monday, November 8 through Wednesday, November 10. The three days will have a 12:30 dismissal for all students, Preschool-5th. Teachers will be reaching out to coordinate conferences with you. We will be doing a combination of Zoom and in-person outdoor conferences based on preference.
In preparation for the conferences, we will be sending home a document today that outlines the standards in kid-friendly “I Can” statements for you to review. The document covers reading, writing, speaking/listening and mathematics Common Core State Standards. We are hoping you find this useful in understanding what your child will be learning throughout the 2021-2022 school-year and end of the year grade level expectations.
